1. Are the dolls really 100% handmade? Yes! Every single doll is intricately crocheted by hand by our team of 3 experienced artisans. We do not use any automated knitting machines.

2. Will my doll look exactly like the picture? Because each piece is handcrafted stitch by stitch, no two dolls are exactly identical. There may be slight variations in facial expressions or minor details—this is the beautiful signature of true handmade art, making your companion 100% unique.

3. How do I clean my crochet doll? We recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Please do not machine wash or tumble dry, as it may damage the yarn and the doll's shape.

4. How long does shipping take? Since we limit our production to 15 dolls a day, please allow 5-7 business days for us to handcraft your order before it is shipped.
